where to watch season 21 (specifically free and that works outside the us)

I currently have no way of watching family guy season 21, I don't have Hulu or anything like that in my country and I can't get it with a vpn due to currency difference and the way Dutch banks work. Any other suggestions that are free or work outside the us?

TL;DR Summary
Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May are battling across Burma in three ancient and barely functioning lorries.
Having forded rivers, climbed mountains and endured a Burmese trucker stop, they must now venture into the Shan state, an area rife with civil war and normally closed to western TV crews, as they head towards Thailand and their final challenge - to build a bridge over the River Kwai.

Will I miss anything by going straight to 22 Jump Street.
Top Comment: Not really. There's some events that are referenced in the first film, but overall you would be okay. The first movie provides a lot of context behind the personas of both of the main characters too, if that helps.

TL;DR Summary
Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May demonstrate their love for compact, small-engined cars with a trip to the Ukraine.
With Clarkson in a Volkswagen Up, Hammond in a Ford Fiesta and May in a Dacia Sandero the trio zoom around the Crimean Peninsula absorbing some local history, visiting an old Soviet submarine pen and enjoying their manoeuvrable, economical cars to the full. Unfortunately, their carefree time is curtailed when they are challenged to a vast drive, heading north across one of the largest countries in Europe, and they must take any steps necessary to fight the immense boredom of a long car journey.
Eventually, the three arrive in Kiev only to receive one final and truly fearsome challenge. To complete their journey they must drive into Chernobyl.
Also in this programme, Jeremy is on the track in a very fast and very orange supercar from Denmark, the 1086 horsepower Zenvo ST1.
Finally, the Reasonably Priced Car welcomes back singer and recent Twitter sensation James Blunt, who talks about his new album and attempting to beat his own lap time out on the track.

[Advice needed]-what watch to get for my 21 birthday (college girl)

Hey everyone, I had been looking through the watch market to get myself a 21st birthday gift but I’m kinda stuck on what brand, which kind and where should I get my watch. I hope I can receive some advice, everyone is welcome to comment.
Here is a little background about what watch to wear: I used to wear an Apple Watch, then switched to a Casio GW-B5600 and have no complaints about the Casio functions it provide except the style is a little more masculine for me since I’m a young women.
What styles and brands I considered to get: I looked at Cartier tank must, ronde, pasha or santos, I liked these styles but couldn’t decide because either the size, price or availability. I also considered Longines moonphase 34mm but couldn’t decide unless if I could try it on my wrist. Last, I looked at Rolex Oyster Perpetual 36mm but I don’t have experience buying a second hand one cause getting a new one is pretty hard.
What I look for in my new watch: I like a metal (silver) band with the watch size of 34-36mm, as well as one or some functionality like a moonphase (which I like), providing the date or a timer. My budget is around 2k (3k max) and I am fine getting a second hand watch.
I hope I can receive some suggestions from you guys so I can decide on a perfect gift for me, I thank everyone in advance.
